Convenient Ride Cancellation

The NoRush chatbot is capable of managing ride cancellations quickly and easily using natural language.

User as a Passenger

When a user wants to cancel their ride or ride request, they can simply message the chatbot with a phrase like:

  • "Cancel my ride"
  • "I don't need a ride anymore"
  • "Cancel everything"

The chatbot will automatically:

  1. Identify Active Ride Requests

    • Checks if the user currently has any pending or confirmed ride requests.
  2. Cancel Ride Requests

    • Cancels all active ride requests associated with the user.
    • Notifies the user that the cancellation has been processed.
  3. Notify Involved Drivers

    • If a driver has already accepted the request, they are notified that the passenger has cancelled.

This process saves time and eliminates the need for manual cancellation steps, making it especially helpful during busy events or last-minute changes.

This helps avoid confusion and keeps the driver-pool system running smoothly.
