Gamification System

Overview

The Gamification System introduces a competitive and motivational layer to group interactions by highlighting user contributions through a leaderboard. Designed to encourage engagement and recognize top performers, the system ranks group members based on key driving metrics.

Users can access the leaderboard directly from the primary navigation bar, making it a central part of the experience for those involved in ride-sharing and event coordination.

Interface and Functionality

1. Leaderboard Access

• The Leaderboard is located on the first tab of the main navigation bar.
• Upon clicking, users are presented with a group-specific leaderboard view.

2. Leaderboard Layout

The leaderboard is divided into two main sections:

• Top 3 Members – Highlighted prominently at the top.
• All Other Members – Listed below in a scrollable view.

This visual distinction emphasizes top contributors while allowing users to track their own and others' standings.

3. Stat Categories

Each member is ranked according to three key performance metrics:

Driver Rating

• The average star rating received from passengers after completing rides.

Completed Rides

• The total number of rides successfully completed by the user.

Fulfillment Percentage

• Calculated as:
  Drives Completed ÷ Drive Requests Received × 100
• Reflects the user's reliability in fulfilling requested rides.

Each category contributes to a member’s overall presence on the leaderboard, though exact weighting may vary depending on future gamification expansions.

User Flow Summary

1. Click on the Leaderboard tab from the main navigation.
2. View the Top 3 Group Members based on combined performance metrics.
3. Scroll through the Remaining Group Members to explore rankings.
4. Monitor personal performance and strive to improve metrics for leaderboard advancement.
