Feedback Center

The Feedback Center is built directly into the NoRush app and can be accessed through the Profile Settings tab. It allows users to report bugs or suggest new features in a structured and simple way.

Submitting Feedback (Non-Super Admin Users)

All standard users can submit feedback using a built-in form located under the Feedback Center. The form includes:

  1. Feedback Type Dropdown

    • Options:
      • Bug Report
      • New Feature
  2. Description Field

    • A text box where users can describe the bug or feature request in their own words.
  3. Submission

    • Once submitted, the report is stored and tracked in the system.

Example:

I would like to submit a...
(User selects: "Bug Report")
Description: "The app freezes when I try to change my group settings."

Admin Tools (Super Admin Only)

Super admins have full access to all submitted feedback through the admin view of the Feedback Center. Available actions include:

  • View All Submissions

    • Organized by submission date and feedback type.
  • Respond to Reports

    • Super admins can send a response message, which will be delivered as a text message directly to the user.
  • Delete Reports

    • Reports can be deleted after being reviewed, resolved, or if deemed unnecessary.

This system ensures that feedback is centralized, trackable, and easy for both users and admins to manage.
