Ratings and Reviews

Reviews provide users with a way to leave comments and ratings (⭐) for drivers they have had rides with. This system helps maintain quality and trust within our community.

How Reviews Work

1. After Ride Completion

   • Navigate to "Manage Rides" page
   • Find your completed ride
   • Press the "Review" button

2. Review Form

   • Rate your experience (⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐)
   • Leave a detailed comment
   • Submit your review

Managing Reviews

Access all reviews through the Profile section under "My Reviews":

1. As a Rider

   • View reviews you've left for drivers
   • Edit your previous reviews (⭐)
   • Delete your reviews if needed

2. As a Driver

   • See reviews from your passengers
   • Track your overall rating (⭐)
   • Build your reputation

Overall Rating

Your overall rating is calculated by:

• Average of all star ratings (⭐)
• Updates automatically with new reviews
• Visible on your profile
• Helps build trust in the community
